This website is run under the name BlueRien by Fluvana LLC, a Wyoming company (registration number 2025-001626640). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean BlueRien and Fluvana LLC.

2. What We Collect
What you give us. When you place an order, sign up for emails or write to us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and the messages you send to customer support. We need this to process and deliver your order.
What we collect automatically. When you browse the site, cookies and similar technologies collect your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view and links you click, the website you came from, and your approximate location worked out from your IP address.
3. Payment Details
We use Shopify Payments to take payments. You enter your card details on our encrypted (SSL) checkout page, and they go straight to Shopify Payments. We don't see or store your full card details. We accept major credit and debit cards, and the payment options available to you are shown at checkout before you pay.

We may also share information when the law, a court or a regulator requires it. We don't sell your contact information (your name, email address, phone number or address) to anyone.
6. Where Your Information Goes
All orders ship from warehouses within the United States. To ship your order, your name, delivery address and order contents are sent to the fulfilment partner that holds your item.
We also access order and customer-service information from outside the United States. Shopify and the other providers above may process information in other countries too.
7. Cookies, Google Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies. Some are needed for the site to work, for example to keep your cart. Others collect usage data.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site. It uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location, and sends it to Google, which processes it for us.
Google advertising. We use Google advertising products to show our products in Google search and shopping results. They use cookies and your browsing activity on our site to do this.
Pinterest. We use Pinterest's tools to measure our ads and show our products to people on Pinterest.
We don't use your personal information or images in our ads. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad personalisation in Google My Ad Center. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as your cart, may then stop working.
8. How Long We Keep It
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to fulfil your order, give you support, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting and tax rules. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

The site and checkout are protected with SSL encryption, and we use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
