Welcome to BlueRien. These Terms of Service apply to everyone who uses bluerien.com or places an order. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to all of them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who We Are
This website is run under the name BlueRien by Fluvana LLC, a Wyoming company (registration number 2025-001626640).

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean BlueRien and Fluvana LLC.
2. Using This Website
You must be old enough to make a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Please don't use the site or our products for anything unlawful, and don't try to damage the site or get into its systems without permission.
3. Where We Sell
We sell and ship to the United States only, and we can't accept orders from outside it. You can find more in our Shipping Policy.
4. Products and Availability
We try to show our products, colours and materials as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on different screens. Products are offered while they're available, and we may change or stop selling a product at any time.
5. Prices, Taxes and What You Pay
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Prices on product pages don't include sales tax. Where we have to collect it, sales tax is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown before you pay. Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States.
The total you see at checkout is the full amount you pay. Prices can change at any time, and the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
6. Orders and When a Contract Is Formed
Products shown on the site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract between us is formed when we confirm that your order has shipped.
We can refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if there's a mistake in the price or product information, or if we can't fulfil it. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
7. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout. We use Shopify Payments, and your card details go straight to Shopify Payments, not to us. Please give us accurate billing details. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is explained in our Shipping Policy. In short:

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. All orders ship from warehouses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
You can return an item within 30 calendar days of delivery, under the conditions in our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short:
- email us first, and we'll send you a return authorisation number and the return address
- ask for your return within 30 days of delivery, then send the item back within 7 days of receiving your authorisation number
- items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging
- you pay return postage, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong
- we don't charge a restocking fee, and a return that meets the conditions is refunded the full price of the item
- you can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
10. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the information on this site correct and up to date, but we can't promise it is complete or free from mistakes. We may correct errors and change information at any time.
11. Intellectual Property
The content on this site, including text, images, photos, graphics, logos and the BlueRien name, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don't copy it, share it or use it commercially without our written permission.
12. Content You Send Us
If you send us comments, suggestions or reviews, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and publish them. Please don't send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove it.
13. What You Can't Do on This Site
Please don't use the site to break the law, infringe intellectual property, send harmful code, collect other people's personal information, send unsolicited advertising, or interfere with the site's security.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The site may link to or use other websites, tools and services. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, so please read their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Your Personal Data
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. To fulfil your order, we share your name, address and order details with our fulfilment partners and carriers.
16. Disclaimer
The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other promises about how the site works or about the products, apart from those the law doesn't let us exclude.
17. Limit of Our Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BlueRien and Fluvana LLC aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or from a product you buy through it. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
18. Indemnity
You agree to cover BlueRien and Fluvana LLC against claims that come from your breaking these Terms or the law, or from violating someone else's rights.
19. If Part of These Terms Can't Be Enforced
If a part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force.
20. Ending Access
We may end or suspend your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we believe you've broken these Terms.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protections that apply where you live still apply.
