Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on bluerien.com.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide: to the United States and to all other countries, subject to the delivery restrictions below. Delivery zones and estimated transit times are listed below.

Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or freight-forwarder addresses. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders to all destinations we ship to, with no minimum order value.

Taxes & Fees

All prices displayed at checkout include any applicable sales tax and, where relevant, import duties and customs fees. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pacific Time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. The carrier used for a given order depends on the delivery destination and package size.

Every order includes a tracking number, issued once your order ships. You can follow your shipment at any time on our Order Track page.

Ships From

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California. Bluerien is operated by Velanqo LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time using our Order Track page.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address after placing an order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@bluerien.com or +1 (332) 378-1649. We will do our best to accommodate the change but cannot guarantee it once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately at support@bluerien.com. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bluerien.com with clear photos of the damage. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
