Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment.

How to Cancel

  • Email support@bluerien.com or call +1 (332) 378-1649 as soon as possible, including your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  • We will confirm by email whether your order was successfully cancelled before it entered processing.

After the Cancellation Window

Once an order has been processed for shipment or handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return once the order has been delivered — see our Refund Policy for details, including our free return shipping and 30-day return window.
